These Terms of Use describe the rules that apply to your access and use of the HireLaravelDev platform.

1. Purpose of the Platform

HireLaravelDev connects companies and individuals (“Clients”) with independent Laravel developers (“Developers”). We provide discovery, profiles, and messaging functionality. We do not employ Developers and we are not a party to contracts between Clients and Developers.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.

3. Client–Developer Relationship

Any project scope, pricing, schedule, deliverables, and payments are agreed directly between Client and Developer. HireLaravelDev is not responsible for the quality of work, timeliness, payment disputes, or project outcomes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: sending spam or fraudulent messages, scraping data, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or harassing other users.

5. Fees and Paid Features

Certain features, such as profile promotion or featured placement, may be offered as paid services. Any applicable pricing and billing terms will be communicated separately within the product or at the time of purchase.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, including where we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in behaviour that risks other users or the platform.

7. Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and without warranties of any kind. HireLaravelDev does not guarantee that a Client will find a suitable Developer or that any engagement will be successful.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
